I've been here 3 times now for my car, and twice with my wife's car.  I personally know nothing about cars, and the employees of Mark's don't take advantage of me. Of the 3 times getting work done, only once have they truly found something  that needed to be fixed and brought it to my attention (and it was just getting an air filter changed, nothing expensive).  Any big car brand place will nickel and dime you to death with other "needed" repairs they try to make you get. This last visit also was also very smooth, dropped off the car and had the oil changed all within 30 mins, just made sure to go before the lunch rush.
